Noema Advisory is a boutique finance advisory practice providing senior finance leadership to organisations in Greece and internationally, including those operating entirely within their home jurisdictions.

We work with leadership teams, boards, and owners who require senior finance judgement without the cost, friction, or generic delivery models associated with large advisory firms. Our work spans local operations, cross‑border activity, and international mandates, and is grounded in multinational standards shaped in UK‑governed environments.

    John (JV) is a board-facing finance leader with deep experience operating in regulated, asset-heavy, and cross‑border environments where financial judgement carries direct accountability.

    Before founding Noema Advisory, he held senior finance and general‑management roles across international groups with multi‑entity footprints. His work has been tested in board‑mandated contexts involving capital allocation, transaction execution, governance redesign, and performance recovery—situations where decisions must stand up to audit, investor, regulator, and shareholder challenge.

    Noema Advisory was established to make that calibre of judgement available directly, with every mandate personally led and owned.
